East Coast patriots and New England Trip

 Well that`s what the cruise company called the trip anyway!

It started out with a flight from Manchester to Dublin after M62 delays meant getting to the airport took longer than the first leg of the trip by far! At Dublin we got the benefit of pre-clearance with American border guards saving us hours in the queue in Washington. Well worth the change in Dublin with the guards slightly less threatening there than they are in the US

The props scared me a little!

Landing in  Washington we waited an hour and a half for a couple who could not find their way from the exit to the bus  50 yards away. Miserable pair- we should have left them!

Wine we discovered was really expensive with a bottle of Campo Viejo costing $35 here(£28) that was £7.50 bac in the UK! We managed to find a cheaper local bottle for only $15,a bin end in a liqeor store, having abandoned sS

Safeways as too dear!

Next day we were up bright and early for our booked session at the Capitol Building.
